We used ASE & ASE Install for our recent kitchen project which was finished to our complete satisfaction. Barney, the kitchen designer was able to offer some great suggestions which improved on our original plans. Richard, the kitchen fitter, was excellent. His workmanship was outstanding and he worked hard to complete the job quickly. He was very neat and tidy. ASE was more expensive that another quote we received but the professional approach and detailed design, together with absolute understanding of our requirements and the quality of the products convinced us that we chose the right supplier and we have no regrets in doing so. My experience with ASE means that I trust them to develop an optimum design and then follow up with a quality installation. I would certainly suggest that ASE should be considered if someone I knew was planning a new kitchen project

From design to completion everyone was very professional, polite and nothing was too much trouble. The most important thing that people should know about ASE is the fact that they have such a good workforce and they are always ready to help out. We heard about them from a friend which lead to us having no hesitations what so ever. Also it is a good thing that ASE always kept us in the loop and they were always very friendly.

We knew about ASE due to purchasing other products from them previously. Personally we believe that the best thing about ASE is the fact that we are able to visit the showroom, see the appliances and have a knowledgeable salesperson to speak to. We also believe that the communication is good as I spoke to five really helpful people over the phone. Also they recommended people who would cut our worktops for us to make a larger space, installed our double oven and a new circuit box. Simon Bull was also recommended to cut off the gas for us too which was very helpful.

We heard about ASE through local knowledge and word of mouth and had no hesitations about working with them. We particularly liked the personal attention provided by Will Bolt our kitchen designer. Will also provided us with helpful and adaptive ideas and made adapting our design to meet our budget expectations. We have given the end result of 5 out of 5 stars. Masterclass kitchens are beautifully finished, slightly expensive but overall worth the extra. We are delighted with the end result.

We recently had a new utility room supplied and installed by ASE. We are very pleased with the finished product. The most important thing people should know about working with ASE is that they provide good quality service and products. The quality of workmanship is excellent and the installation team are friendly and cheerful. At first I thought it was all a bit too expensive but when I saw the work that went in to the installation I could understand the cost. Thanks to all at ASE for a job well done!!

My new kitchen is great. I had no hesitations about working with Barney and ASE. What I liked best about working with Barney was his help with choosing the new appliances. The installation team were very good and Richard in particular was very hard working. I would recommend ASE to anyone.

We have a refurbished kitchen that looks great and works really well. Barney was very personable and professional from the outset and this coupled with his knowledge and understanding of products gave us complete confidence in what we were planning. Purchase and delivery of products generally went smoothly and any small glitches were dealt with calmly and efficiently by the showroom office staff which added to the confidence we had developed.Our questions throughout were answered fully and we were always given the time we needed and never felt under any pressure to make decisions. We would recommend ASE to anyone for a good choice of products, competitive pricing and professional service - all in all we had a very pleasant experience.
